Because we are concerned about the safety of our customers and our workers, we have prepared these contingency measures. Read on to be well informed.
• Mask use. In certain situations of the activities it could be necessary to use the Mask.
• Constant hand washing; before, during and after the activity.
• Social distancing. As much as possible during the activity.
• New cleaning and disinfection processes for all activity materials after each use.
• Cleaning and disinfection of vehicles before and after each activity
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of our facilities (office, warehouse, toilet).
• New group dynamics taking into account prevention measures.
• Possibility of small groups. For social distancing.
• Specific training for our technicians in prevention and hygiene.
• Availability of hydroalcoholic gels and protective masks for the activities.
At Vertical Emotions we have prepared and trained to deal with the covid-19 pandemic. We have taken a whole series of general and specific measures to prevent contagion and we have improved ours cleaning and disinfection processes for all the materials and vehicles we use.
Our technicians are being trained in prevention to apply new protocols in the development of each activity. All of them will have in their daily equipment a protective mask and hydroalcoholic gel for constant and regular hand washing. The mask is mandatory for both customers and guides, since in certain situations it is not possible to maintain the safety distance between the participant and the technician. They are also familiar with the protocols to follow in case potential clients show symptoms of infection.
All our materials and vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected following quality guidelines and after each use. Each element of our material will be cleaned and disinfected with its appropriate product and recommended by its manufacturer, to ensure the maximum guarantees of hygiene and safety. In hygienic terms, we divide all our activity material into three types: Safety Textile Material (ropes, harnesses, anchor heads, rings, etc.), Hard Safety Material (Carabiners, eights, helmets, etc.), and NON-safety Textile Material (Wetsuits, boots, gloves, cat’s feet, etc..).
Each type of material has a different cleaning and disinfection process that we know and apply, as well as its specific disinfectant products.
Regarding the activities Vertical Emotions will give the option in the booking process to make small and limited groups, without the possibility of putting groups together. Participating in this way in social distancing.
And it will extend its cancellation policy until the last 24 hours before the activity, in one-day activities and during summer 2020.
