NORDIC MARCH
Nordic Walking, originally from Finland, is a sport that was born as a substitute for cross-country skiing in the summer, but which currently occupies a place of its own, due to the ease of practice and globality of the musculoskeletal structures involved.
It is, in fact, a sport accessible to everyone and very beneficial at a physical and psychosocial level.
With the Vertical Emotions courses you will learn the history, the different progression techniques and the benefits of Nordic Walking, while putting it into practice in natural environments.
