You can make reservations and purchase gift vouchers through the website. Making reservations and purchasing gift vouchers implies acceptance of these conditions.
Guided activities | Courses and training trips
At the time of booking any guided activity, course, training or trip (hereinafter the activities) organized by Catalonia Expirience, the total amount of the activity will be paid. This payment will automatically generate the booking confirmation.
schools
In the case of educational centers, sports centers, or any entity that makes a collective reservation, it will be agreed with Catalonia Expirience, at the time of formalizing the reservation, what percentage will be paid before the performance of the activity. Once the activity is finished, the outstanding amount will be paid.
Assemblies and installations
In the case of the provision of assembly or installation services by Catalonia Expirience, the percentage to be paid will also be agreed with Catalonia Expirience before construction begins. Once the construction is finished, the rest of the outstanding amount will be paid.
gift vouchers
In the case of purchases of gift vouchers, the total amount will be paid at the same time of purchase.
Payment will be made by credit or debit card, Paypal and, in certain cases and prior agreement with Catalonia Expirience, by bank transfer to Banco Sabadell account number: ES52 – 0081 – 0097 – 2800 – 0132 – 9642.
Payments made via credit or debit card and Paypal will be immediate at the time of formalizing the reservation.
In the case of activities that can be agreed to pay in installments, payment of the amounts by bank transfer can also be agreed. If payment by bank transfer is agreed, proof of payment must be sent by e-mail to oficina@cataloniaexpirience.com specifying the name of the reservation and the date.
The reservation and the rights it implies will not be considered valid until the payment receipt is received.
In case of cancellation of activities, when it is by Catalonia Expirience, a new date will be sought for carrying out the canceled activity. If there is no option to change the date, the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
In the event that it is the client who cancels the activity, from the payment of the reservation until one month before the start of the activity (regardless of the duration of the activity) 100% of the amount of the reservation. If the cancellation is made up to 15 days from the start of the activity, 70% of the reservation will be returned. From 15 days after the start of the activity, the amount of the reservation will not be returned.
In the case of activity reservations with a specific date of completion, there is no right of withdrawal, according to article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which the text is approved recast of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws.
In case of cancellation of an activity due to weather or force majeure, a new date will be set. The participant can choose between leaving the reservation with an open date or requesting payment of the amount paid for the reservation.
In the event of cancellation, the costs of accommodation, transport and similar incurred by the participant are borne by the participant himself.
This right is recognized when purchasing gift vouchers online. The customer who obtains a gift voucher from Catalonia Expirience has the right to withdraw from the purchase, within the first 14 calendar days. If this term is exceeded, Catalonia Expirience will not return the amount paid.
Catalonia Expirience takes photographs and videos of the organized activities. In this aspect, Catalonia Expirience asks the participant of the activity clearly and unequivocally for their authorization in the booking forms or at the start of the activity.
The data provided will be processed by Catalonia Expirience, SC (Data Controller) in order to keep a record of users of the services and activities organized by Catalonia Expirience, SC. The data will be treated based on the fulfillment of the contractual relationship for the provision of services (art. 6.1.b RGPD). The data will not be communicated to other people. At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to treatment, request for limitation of treatment and data portability by contacting Catalonia Expirience, SC (Avinguda President Companys, 26 de la Bisbal d ‘Empordà – 17100).
